1. Thomas directed this language at Jesus "said unto him" not the Father!
2. Thomas did not take the Lord's name in vain (as in "O my God what was that") because Christ could not have commended him for that!
3. The Greek text literally says "The Lord of me and THE GOD of me"
4. He is "Immanuel" or more literally "THE God with us" - Mt. 1:21
5. He is the "MIGHTY GOD" - Isa. 9:6
6. He is "THE GOD the whole earth" of Israel - Isa. 54:5

Simply because I detest your doctrine does not mean I detest you as a person. So how can you say you love me more than I love you? Are you now claiming to be the Holy Spirit with omniscience???

(For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and show unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)

That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

Children, let this be a lesson to you why you should never take drugs, especially hallucinogenic ones.

There were lots of guys like this in the late 60's.

It is in my strongest opinion

that God is not going to accept a lot of the things you have said to me on this forum.

I get my opinions from the Spirit of Truth.

I'm picturing more of a fellow in his early sixties, with what's remaining of his grey hair pulled back in a ponytail. He is sitting in a lotus position on a pillow. Sitar music plays in the background and incense burns.

What is that smell of burning rope I detect?

I could be wrong... Not!
