I listened to Fox News for years but now I mainly listen to Newsmax.

What I see for news is as ridiculous and embarrassing as two females in wet t-shirts in a wrestling ring that are there to entertain the audience during a break by slapping each other and pulling each other's hair. I can't watch this for more than a few minutes a day without getting sick. I turn it off and pick up my Bible.

I have been using DDG for a long time, I just heard today that it is Israeli. The search results here, speaks for itself. I guess ignorance being a choice will depend on your choice of search engines.

I have changed who I trust. Partly for reasons that I am not going to share. People are shifting and changing in deep ways that then ripple out. The pandemic brought a lot of festering things to a head. Sometimes people are not even aware what happened, never mind willing to share it. But they are doing things differently with very little explanation to others.

There are people's lives that didn't change that much because of the pandemic. But for others, EVERYTHING changed. Just like some people carry the virus and don't have any symptoms, and others die from it.
