Which NFL team are you a fan of?

The Dallas Cowboys. They are one of only two teams that I can't tell you when I started being a fan. The other one is the Sinton, Texas, High School Pirates. Been a fan of both as far back as I can remember. :Biggrin

Used to like the old St.louis Cardinals but they moved from St. Louis. Then the Carolina Panthers. Sorry but I see the nfl as a big waste of my time. They can keep their politics, I can find better things to do.

Politics seems to be everywhere nowadays even, unfortunately, in a large swath of "Christianity" in the United States. One pretty much has to stay away from just about EVERYTHING to avoid politics when interacting with other people. Personally, I like to listen to acoustic guitar music to get away from the political mess, other than, of course, reading and studying God's Word and contemplating spiritual matters.

Oakland Raiders. Regardless where they play their home games, they will always be the Oakland Raiders to me. :)

Sad day with what has happened to Henry Ruggs III. Only 22 and ruined his life and career and killed someone in an accident. Whether it turns out he was intoxicated or not, a life was lost. :( :Cry

Very sad, but hard to figure on the Nfl, as they have had wife beaters, drug pushers and users still keep suiting up!

Split personality. Liked the Giants in the Allie Sherman early 60s, then the Joe Namath Jets. (Uncle gave tickets for my younger bother and I to see the AFL championship game that sent the Jets to SB3.) Moved to Maine in 1973 and trying to be husband, father, full-time student and full-time employee at the pizza shop left little time for sports, though I became a Red Sox fan in 1975 as I was finishing my degree classes. Started liking the Pats when Ray Berry coached them to SB20, where they got steamrolled by the Bears - IMO the worst ever SB pounding. Stayed with both NE teams thru Rod Rust and Bobby Valentine.
