Why not address the question? Why did the official WH communication on the day of the Trump raid include a meme “Dark Bran*** rises”?With your paranoia can you know?
I have no idea what you are referring to. What is "Dark Bran*** Rises"?Why not address the question? Why did the official WH communication on the day of the Trump raid include a meme “Dark Bran*** rises”?

Remember how Trump was juvenile when dealing with the Dems? It is the same, just the Dems doing it.I have no idea what you are referring to. What is "Dark Bran*** Rises"?
I did a Google search and found this NY Times article. Is this what you are referring to? Honestly, I don't understand the radical paranoid right.
‘Dark Brandon’ Rises, and Buoys Biden’s Beleaguered Faithful
That looks like the meme, though I only see it for a second before the site prompts me to subscribe.I have no idea what you are referring to. What is "Dark Bran*** Rises"?

I have no idea what you are talking about. I was watching football last night. I find the obsession with Biden foolish. That looks like the meme, though I only see it for a second before the site prompts me to subscribe.
After the POTUS speech last night, I’m convinced “Dark Bran*** rises” is the actual theme this admin is deliberately putting forth in this election year.
The similarities to the speech and the meme are clear. This includes lots of intense red colors surrounding the POTUS, a clear aggressive (even openly hostile) posture toward political opponents, and threats of violence (in the meme it was red laser eyes; in the speech, it was the intense red background with US military personnel in full view)
POTUS has declared war on his political opponents, accusing them of being a threat to democracy.
These are truly unprecedented times that we live in

Well, since you acknowledge your ignorance on the subject it is inappropriate to form an opinion about it.I have no idea what you are talking about. I was watching football last night. I find the obsession with Biden foolish.
It is indeed hard to form an opinion on a subject where the word is not allowed and the concept is nebulous.Well, since you acknowledge your ignorance on the subject it is inappropriate to form an opinion about it.

The concept is….It is indeed hard to form an opinion on a subject where the word is not allowed and the concept is nebulous.
To be fair, it isn't the WH theme. It is primarily a social media thing (or grew out of one) like Trump's use of "Pocahontas" and "Crazy Joe Biden".The concept is….
The WH has picked a “theme” for this election cycle. All political parties do it. Obama had “Hope and change”. Trump had “make America great again” and so on.
Biden”s “theme” for this election cycle is “Dark Bran*** rising”. The word “Bran***”, as you pointed out, is a vulgar slur for many people to express their displeasure with the Administration.
The WH has pushed this phrase back into those people’s faces. The imagery is clearly hostile, violent and extreme. It was launched at the same time as the Mar-a-largo raid.
The theme “Dark Bran***” rises” continued with POTUS speech yesterday. The imagery was dark and threatening. The speech was dark and threatening. Biden has made it clear he considers anyone who supports Trump to be a threat to this country. That is very scary.
So, we have to decide what is the politics being played here. Is Biden only attempting to divide the repubs ahead of Nov election (clearly he is)); or is he signaling a willingness to use the force of the fed government to shut down any opposition to his agenda?
If so, is this an empty threat; a bluff? Or do the people in this WH actually intend to go after their political opponents by criminalizing their ideas and beliefs?
Again, we live in interesting times.
peace to you
I might have agreed with you had they only put out the meme. I could have accepted the release of the meme coinciding with the Mar-a-largo raid was a coincidence… except for the speech. To be fair, it isn't the WH theme. It is unfortunate our government (past and present) is so childish. The only "presidential" official I have seen in the WH over the past two administrations has been Pence.
I suppose they are trying to appeal to kids.
I agree about the Dems moving us in a dangerous direction. Now we get extremes (I'm not sure if the US is divided in such extremes or if each side is just pushing us to those extremes).I might have agreed with you had they only put out the meme. The speech is an obvious continuation of the theme. It was dark, hostile, threatening. It is not directed at children. It is putting Trump supporters on notice they are considered to be a threat to the USA and they can expect to be treated as a threat to the USA.
This speech was the most divisive, hostile and dangerous speech I heard coming out of a democratically elected POTUS. You expect that type of speech from dictators and communists thugs.
Quite frankly, every time I think about it, I get a sinking feeling in my gut. Biden said in the speech this was a critical time in our nation’s history; an inflection point. I fear the direction he is attempting to move us in.
peace to you
The decline in civility began with Bill Clinton. Having sex with an intern in the WH should qualify as “unpresidential”, don’t you think?I agree about the Dems moving us in a dangerous direction. Now we get extremes (I'm not sure if the US is divided in such extremes or if each side is just pushing us to those extremes).
I listened to President Trump make the same (even worse) divisive speeches (and tweets). The o ly difference is I agreed with Trump's position on about everything (I cannot think of even one point where I disagreed).
But his Presidency seems to have set the stage for unpresidential presidents. He acted like a child. Now we have the Biden Administration (I disagree with the Biden Administration on just about everything) acting the exact same way.
I do not know what has happened to our government, but the whole bunch is juvenile and self-serving.
It escalated with Clinton (but even that was a reflection of the decline of our nation). It has Judy gotten worse, and so have we (as a whole). The decline in civility began with Bill Clinton. Having sex with an intern in the WH should qualify as “unpresidential”, don’t you think?
The traditional media outlets took a turn toward open advocacy during his presidency. I can remember “reporters” talking about Clinton being a very accomplished liar as if admiring his ability to deceive.
The Clinton Admin destroyed the lives of women reporting sexual assaults by Clinton before, during and after his presidency with traditional media outlets giving cover. That seems to me to be “unpresidential” and clearly has led to a decline in civility.
When Bush W became POTUS, the Dems in the WH stole a bunch of stuff and sold it online. They damaged computers and other equipment on the way out. No one was prosecuted. That seems very unpresidential to me.
The Dems refused to accept Bush as a legitimate POTUS after 2000 and 2004; in fact claiming Kerry really won because the polls prior to the election indicated he would win so the actual count must at have been bad.
Obama used the government to attack “Tea Party” candidates, including giving IRS info to elites including John MaCain. The FBI director, Muller, raided the office of a family member of a tea party candidate a week or so before the election (2012?). The tea party candidate lost the election. A few weeks later they quietly let the woman’s attorneys know that no charges would be filed.
Obama attacked Law Enforcement as president and inserted himself into high profile cases. That seemed very unpresidential to me.
That set the stage for the ugliness we see today. The libs are more bold than ever, pushing their radical agenda into our schools and our homes. Anyone that disagrees is destroyed personally and financially.
Trump fought back, called them out and won. there is a concerted effort to destroy this man that continues to this day. The people who support him, imo, do so because he fights back
Let there be no doubt, Trump says and does some very unpresidential things, but this current state of affairs didn’t start with him.
peace to you
