Drawing a blank here also, but I truly don't even know who fits that category other than the TBNers.

I listened to Rod Parsley preach on the resurrection once. Iirc he was spot on. Of course the subject matter wasn't a dividing one.

I can't think of any at the moment.

while i was in the AoG, read some theological books from Dr Gorden fee, he seemed to be "ok!"

Think that you would have to stay in "old line" pentacostal authors, who wrote at seminary/txt book levels to find "ok" stuff, almostall of the modern charasmatic stuff is "junk!"

Joshua Harris.

Also, I still like a lot of what C.J. Mahaney has to say, although recently it seems to have come out that his orginization has not been led in a good way.

never heard of Him, but looked him up, and his roots are in Spurgeon and calvin, is he a Charasmatic calvinist?

actually John Piper and Wayne Grudem might fit here too.

think that would be the division between "old and new " calvinists, as old tend to see the gifts ceased, while new hold that there are still open!

But NOT as open as charasmatics do!

I thought he was ok about 15 years ago, but now I can't stand watching him either. He has gone off into another world imo.

Regarding Rod Parsly, A friend and I went to one of his services when he brought his traveling carnaval show to a church near us.

1) It was a pure "money grab" for Parsly.

2)He is a lier.

The event was here in Kentucky, where my friend and I live. One of the 1st things he said to us was that he was a "Kentucky boy, born and raised up in the Mountains."

A quick internet search when I got home revealed that he was from Cleveland.
