Who is having posting issues?

All the text entry box functions across the top are grayed out.

No bold, no text sizing, no color palette, etc.

The whole experience with posting is rough.

Unable to use any of the functions in the posting window taskbar.

Attachments are hit and miss. I have to insert them after uploading.

I had a similar problem lately - and I started to click on several icon - finally got it to work
dont remember exactly what I did..... will try to remember.
