Thats a Lie. Here whose He addressing Rom 1:7

7 To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

You cannot cut and paste your favorite text in order to replace the subject being explicitly addressed in the immediate context (Rom. 2:17) which is the "Jew".

Rom. 2:17 ¶ Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God,


He did not say "thou art called a Gentile"!!!!!
