Dallas radio is reporting that the 21-day limit has been reached without any new indications; and therefore, quarantines are being lifted. In other words, they're sending the "all clear."

In this case the press is running the ebola scare story 24/7 while the Obama administration is trying to calm everyone down. It's pretty obvious that the conspiracy theory about crises being used by government is false in this instance.
