Why I am not a Calvinist

Pioneer,

Yes, there is a vast difference between some Arminian/Calvinistic theology and Biblical theology. These men were not paragons of all truth;in fact they were men who came out of darkness and saw some semblance of light.

Respectfully,

Ray:

First, I don't know of any modern Arminians or Calvinists who claim to follow either men. Both camps claim to follow Scripture.

Therefore, both camps cannot be right, as both camps believe differently. So instead of saying "there is a vast difference between some Arminian/Calvinistic theology and Biblical theology", one should say "one of the systems is vastly different from Biblical theology".

The answer to that, of course, is that Arminianism is different.
