Why I prefer the KJV over NIV

Part two.

It's sad that Christians spend so much time communicating in such an un-Christlike manner.
I agree. If he would stop telling untruths regarding the word of God, and be more Christ like, he would not have as much trouble on the forum as he does.
Have you ever won a soul to the Lord?
No. The Father draws men unto Christ. I never "won" anyone. I just give them the gospel and Christ wins them!
Have you ever encouraged a brother or sister in Christ, or prayed for someone or tried to help someone in need?
Several times every day.
These are the things for which the Lord has left us here on earth to occupy our time.
Among others.
Not calling people names, or communicating with them with a hateful, vicious attitude.
The only hatred I have is a hatred of falsehood.
Are you a Christian, Skan?
Yes.
My husband is. I am.
You see, that is the difference between us. I don't doubt his, or your, salvation, but you doubt mine because I am not KJVO and abhor the lies told by KJOVs regarding the bible.
If you do not know the Lord as your Saviour, I pray that you will come to know Him and live and treat others as Christ would have you to do.
I do. I hate every false way. Psalm 119:104 "Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way." Psalm 119:128 "Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way."
If you are a Christian, you are bringing shame and reproach on the name of Christ with your awful attitude.
Sorry. I only bring shame and reproach on the lies of KJVOism, just as it deserves.
I know none of us is perfect, but I suspect, from random viewing of your posts, that your problem is a pervasive habit of your everyday life.
Yes. Truth becomes a habit of life. I heartily recommend it!
Please consider these words before you send out another mean-spirited diatribe to anyone.
I have! I have! And I still hate every false way.
This is my first and only communication on this board, and I hope you will read it.
I did. I did.
I pray the Lord will soften your heart, if not to accept Him as your Saviour, then to adopt a more loving attitude and personality.
I absolutely REFUSE to love error and hate truth. I will continue until my dying breath to hate every false way.
Thanks for listening, if you did listen.
I listened. Now, will you?

My wife doubts about your salvation because of your attitude of meanness. She does not care that you are not KJVO. Notice she discussed no words about KJVO? She prefers the KJV, but she does not discuss about Bible versions.

My wife uses the old Baptist term. I am just curious. Are you a Calvinist? We agree that the Lord saves the soul of the unbeliever.
