Why ISIS Supports Donald Trump

This year, ISIS isn’t simply a passive observer of American politics. Since the group’s rapid rise in 2014, ISIS has established a far-reaching, sophisticated propaganda machine. Its members rely on social media to shape public opinion, recruit new members and mobilize followers to carry out attacks. Now, some of them are using those channels to advocate for Trump. In August, one ISIS spokesman wrote: “I ask Allah to deliver America to Trump.” Another supporter declared: “The ‘facilitation’ of Trump’s arrival in the White House must be a priority for jihadists at any cost!!!” ISIS is working to drum up support for the candidate it has called “the perfect enemy.”

ISIS will oppose America regardless of POTUS. Furthermore, ISIS is so amorphous as to be incapable of having any meaningful spokesperson.

Hmm, others have underestimated them to their sorrow. I think Trump would make a perfect enemy. He is so predictable and so prone to make noise and do nothing. His bellicose stances would help ISIS recruit naive young people to their cause.

I think this is definitely the truth. And he has the unmitigated gall to say that he can defeat ISIS within the first 30 days of his administration.

Hillary sold them guns.

I would imagine they would want her continued support.

Prove it since yall are so big on that. All you've got is what a man wanted for rape has said. Get him to come on back to the States with his proof instead of his accusations.

Clinton's stance would also help recruiting. Obama's does now. Generally speaking, the fact that we exist now generates recruits. I don't mean that "they hate us for our freedom" but that hatred for America is so baked into the cake that it doesn't matter who is doing the bombing.

I'm not underestimating ISIS at all. Their decentralized nature makes them even harder to fight, just as it makes it more difficult to discern a clear message from them.

When it comes to reality of facing a death wish they are likely to begin regretting their bidding for Trump as the "perfect enemy".

They realize that Trump is all bluster, has no experience in the military, has no knowledge of strategy and tactics and will be their greatest recruiter of new fighters if he is elected. It will be an answer of their prayer to Allah asking for him to be elected.

Those wannabe bullies can believe any "realization" they like, my reply to such foolishness is to Keep dreaming, but if Trump steps into the ring with you your time is at hand!

I would think ISIS would want Trump over Hillary if they had a choice. Remember, their goal is JIHAD. That means they WANT American troops to come to them because in their twisted thinking they believe Allah wants them to draw us in so they can destroy the infidels. So if you think ISIS wants Trump because they believe Trump would do nothing, you are way detached from understanding the goals of ISIS. ISIS WANTS attacked from the "great satan" from the west, they would love it!

Sounds just like your hero, the zero. You were just fine fine having the community organizer for president.

At least Trump isn't afraid to name the enemy. Being a businesman, he will delegate. His generals will fight our enemies. Unlike the know nothing micro managing Obama.

Liberals are dead wrong about why ISIS wants Trump to win.

Here's the deal: ISIS is counting on Trump retaliating and increasing bombing, and sending in more troops.

The middle east is a very visual culture. Phones are okay; email is meh; video chat is awesome. Social media is better than phones. It's about communication; and the more "face-to-face," the better.

The more ISIS can point at people and things right there, the more they can say "American invaders killed your father/brother, their bombs killed your mother/sister"; rather than a conceptual enemy that a visually-based culture has to imagine.

Then they can grow hate, and recruit.

But if CTB and Zaac are correct, and Trump doesn't do anything, ISIS loses that recruiting tool.

They see Obama and his use of drones and rhetoric as dishonorable and weak; but drones and talk are not as powerful compared to an enemy who is there in your village. And they expect Hillary to remain the same way.

Remember, we're talking about fanatics. They want/need extremes.

I don't necessarily agree, but you have some good points.

Oh Trump is quite the business man. He's filled for bankruptcy SIX times. And the top military brass in America are against him.

My point exactly. He listened to his accountants and attorneys. There are lot's of tax advantages to a bankruptcy. The top military brass are NOT against him, only the politicos that Obama has elevated because they kiss his...toes. Active duty Officers are not allowed to take sides. They do so at their peril. Obama can still fire them and steal their pensions. The war fighters and any who disagreed with Obama have been already been eliminated..
