Reasons to vote against Jeb Bush:

  • Defends voter ID laws that disproportionately affect women, minority, and student voters
  • Thinks citizenship for undocumented immigrants is an "undeserving reward"
  • Said businesses "absolutely" should be able to discriminate against gay Americans
  • Has advocated for the public shaming of single mothers
  • Is completely unfamiliar with the Paycheck Fairness Act
  • Takes policy advice from his brother -- and recently defended invading Iraq
  • Supported a budget that guts Medicare and education funding
Sounds like some good reasons to vote for Bush

He is a liberal

He will be another big spending Bush, he has little interest in securing the border, he is in a hurry to make all illegals citizens, and he is for common core.

Two reasons

1. Simply because he is not a Democrat

2. He is not extreme enough. Even Obama is having trouble with this.

Culturally, they say that Jeb is a South American. Apparently, he converted to Catholicism. He would be one bridge too far in the sense that his family has already spent enough time in the White House.

He supports common core. That right there disqualifies him. Oh, I know, the Repugnicans will put him up there in vain attempts to woo the Hispanic vote.

If it really boils down to Bush vs Clinton, our country deserves it. Heck, our country was dumb enough to elect Mr Obeyme twice.

Obama got elected the 2nd time because a lot of Republicans and evangelicals sat on their rear ends and did not vote. Frankly I will not vote for Bush or Lindsey Graham in the primary. But suppose the general election is between Jeb Bush and Hillary. Would you rather have Hillary or Bush? I will vote for any Republican against any democrat if I am still here November 2016!

I voted for one democrat in my lifetime and have been doing penance ever since. :BangHead:Lot of candles went up in smoke!:tonofbricks:

I wouldn't vote for him if you put a gun to my head. He's one of the reasons I left the Republican party.

But then there's his support for carbon credits, Common Core and blanket amnesty and he really did bungle the Schiavo situation a decade ago. He also hasn't done a thing in years although he was an okay governor.

I just don't want a Bush or a Clinton ever again but if the worst happens, and it's down to those two, I'll vote for Bush, he'll lose anyways.

Doubt it. He won't get the nomination.

I don't believe he will either but if he does he has my vote!
