I stand corrected.

It is an easy mistake to make given the general “every Christian must vote Republican” tone of the majority of this topic. However, you are probably correct that I have falsely placed words in YOUR mouth.

For that I ask your forgiveness. It was wrong and careless of me.

It is unfortunate that worldly politics have saturated the church. I wish it were the inverse (that the church would influence our political landscape).
