No, you are interpreting a perfectly clear English statement and, incorrectly, at that. Are you suggesting that I am not an Indwelt Christian?
If it were perfectly clear then I would not have asked question. No, you are interpreting a perfectly clear English statement and, incorrectly, at that.
I messed the post up, somehow and it does not appear. The right time for me was discovering my best friend blown into so many pieces some of him never shipped home for the war. Now, more accurately; The Ruah spoke to my heart/spirit and I responded. What was the right time? And how was is it that you were able to do that?
How did your spirit communicate with the Holy Spirit of God?
So not on your own ability did you save yourself, it was only because 'The Ruah spoke to my heart/spirit and I responded.'I messed the post up, somehow and it does not appear. The right time for me was discovering my best friend blown into so many pieces some of him never shipped home for the war. Now, more accurately; The Ruah spoke to my heart/spirit and I responded.
Sorry about the mistake. Shalom
Of course it is good news to all. Do you know which of the creatures you are preaching to that it is not good news to?That is generally the meaning without redefining words like whosoever, and all, and whole (world), and any, and world.
If you are to preach a gospel, good news, to every creature, it must actually be good news to every creature. If it is good news that I preach but it is bad news for the person I preach to, it really isn’t a gospel to every creature, is it?
No assumptions made.No assumptions made. That is the actual understanding of the words used.
Not insisting anything. Just asking a question. Shows your ignorance. Touched a nerve there, did I?This is the most foolish argument.
......
Your insistence on people thinking that they are morally superior shows your ignorance.
How did they recognize that?People come to Christ because they recognize that He is morally superior and that are not able to be compared to the word moral.
Only those who think they could choose to be saved are morally (spritually) superior. Were any morally superior, what is the purpose of a Saviour?
Jesus came to call sinners not morally superior. They that are whole need not a physician. And only the Calvinist thinks that the people who choose to believe in the work of Christ are pretending to be morally superior.
Salvation is of the Lord.It is nothing but a strawman argument with no Scriptural structure.
Salvation is of the Lord.
And many do. Why?Man can still reject the Lord.
So your 'free will' that God gave you was superior than others that you choose Christ and they didn't?The bible shows they are
God given free will
It is written in God’s Word. Not insisting anything. Just asking a question. Shows your ignorance. Touched a nerve there, did I?
How did they recognize that?
This is not an accurate assumption.Only those who think they could choose to be saved are morally (spritually) superior.
The sin that we all have. They like it better than the Saviour.Salvation is of the Lord.
And many do. Why?
Because God has graciously provided a Saviour and called us to believe on Him.And many receive the Lord as their Saviour. Why?
By the way of the cross. Same way anyone may come. How?
Once again, this is your ridiculous strawman argument that you must fall back on. This is the idea of your own creation. It doesn’t help your argument to keep projecting your beliefs of others onto others. Are you one of those who was just spritually superior and more moral than all the other sinners who rejected God? You did it all on your own?
So you are saying that God knows which people we are lying to when we tell them that we have good news for them.Of course it is good news to all. Do you know which of the creatures you are preaching to that it is not good news to?
God does.
So your 'free will' that God gave you was superior than others that you choose Christ and they didn't?
You seem to be asking the same question(s) as me. Now you get it.It is written in God’s Word.
In English, it is in plain English.
This is not an accurate assumption.
The sin that we all have. They like it better than the Saviour.
Because God has graciously provided a Saviour and called us to believe on Him.
When you call your children of your creation (pardon the illustration), when some come and some disobey, why is that?
By the way of the cross. Same way anyone may come.
How do your children come when you call?
When they don’t, are they disobedient, or are they just fulfilling their destiny?
Once again, this is your ridiculous strawman argument that you must fall back on. This is the idea of your own creation. It doesn’t help your argument to keep projecting your beliefs of others onto others.
Salvation is of the giver, not the receiver.
How do you know that you are saved? Did you receive a letter of notification?
Did you just get a warm fuzzy feeling in your blessed little heart?
Do you not know yet if salvation has come to your house? What assurance do you have?
Do you lie to people when you share the good news?So you are saying that God knows which people we are lying to when we tell them that we have good news for them.
Only to those who believe. So good tidings of great joy is not really to all people.
Are they? Those are lying spirits in Luke 2?
Are all people saved? All people doesn’t really mean all people?
Is that really a serious question?Or the people that it doesn’t mean are actually not people, they are just lower life form?
I don't. Do you?Do you have a lying God?
What did God give you dominion over?Did God not actually give you dominion over anything?
So you admit that God gave you a superior 'free will' so you could believe. That is what free will means.
One can use their free will to trust and another can use their free will to reject.
It really isn't.It really is not that complicated.
I don’t know what you mean by this. Do you understand what I am saying or not? Nothing has changed about what I get.You seem to be asking the same question(s) as me. Now you get it.
No. God doesn’t lie when He says it is to all people.Do you lie to people when you share the good news?
That is an agreeable statement. As long as it is understood that any may believe.Only to those who believe.
No they are not.Are they?
No all are not saved. It doesn’t take much reading to figure that out.Are all people saved?
I hope not. But that depends on your answer I guess. Is that really a serious question?
No.I don't. Do you?
The earth. What did God give you dominion over?
So you admit that God gave you a superior 'free will' so you could believe.
But yours is superior because YOU chose Christ. No, just the same free will that He gave everyone.
I know what you think 'free will' is.You do know what free will is don't you?
I know what you think 'free will' is.From your comments I do wonder if you do or not.
So you agree with SH that you have 'free will' from God?I don’t know what you mean by this. Do you understand what I am saying or not? Nothing has changed about what I get.
So because I ask you questions that you ask yourself, you think we agree? I think maybe we have different answers. But I don’t know. You didn’t answer them.
So not 'all' are saved then? No. God doesn’t lie when He says it is to all people.
As soon as you separate a person out from all, it is no longer to all people groups. It wouldn’t be to the group that it is not to.
But not 'all' are saved. That is an agreeable statement. As long as it is understood that any may believe.
Why not?No they are not.
Why aren't all people saved. No all are not saved. It doesn’t take much reading to figure that out.
But all (people) are permitted to be.
So not a serious question then.I hope not. But that depends on your answer I guess.
I hope not.
Wow. Cool. So what are you doing with your 'dominion' over the earth? The earth.
???We are ourselves, in this earth. We are responsible for ourselves first.
Free will is free will @Mikoo There is no better or worse it just is.But yours is superior because YOU chose Christ.
Your right I do know what free will is but the problem is that you do not.I know what you think 'free will' is.
