Not at all.

If the tone and the substance of your posts remain the same, I believe you will eventually be removed from the board.

It's that simple.

Its not about agreeing with us, its about agreeing with the Bible.

Sure we all have some doctrinal differences, but when you completely abandon God's principles, then folks wonder if you really are a christian.

You dont have to agree with anyone on this board....but you'd better make sure you agree with God's Word.

Only professing Christians are.

Let me put this matter to rest. I repented of my sins and trusted the Lord Jesus Christ as my Savior in 1969 at a small baptist church on Telephone Rd. in the city I still live in.

I'm sorry if my being a Christian disappoints you, but I am one! :praying:

Why would I be disappointed? Praise God!

I'm disappointed in your liberal views, however.

Then why do you dispute God's Word?

Since you have questioned my salvation at least twice, which is against the rules (you have been reported), I will not discuss anything with you until you apologize.

Make it three times, cause all you do is try to get your immoral ungodly agenda across, and sidestep any serious questions that anyone asks you in response.

Are you really here for fellowship and christian debate? Or are you here as an imposter just to stir up trouble?

What do they call it on the boards? Yeah...a sock-puppet

Are you really a Christian or a sock-puppet?

You have a lot of nerve to complain about how you are treated, here.

How do I get you to not talk to me ?

Ken H and MP and all the rest are finally telling the truth.

They are willing to forsake a stand on social issues like abortion and gay rights in an attempt to pad their wallets. They vote democrat thinking that the economy, and their own household will be better off financially.

Never mind the immoral platform and social agenda of the Dems, as long as they can benefit from it monetarily.

It really makes me sad when Christians sell their morals and faith for a dollar.

AJ

Republicans have been doing that for as long as I can remember. They reject helping the sick and poor to reduce their taxes.

Is it against the rules to question another poster's salvation or not?

I have never questioned anyones relationship with Christ.

It is against the rules to say someone here isn't saved. I don't believe that excludes asking someone to make a statement of salvation. You'll notice, when you finally answered, the questions stopped ?

Not from aig1959.

This all started because I stated that I supported a homosexual's rights to a civil union. I even stated that I don't think homosexuality is right, but I am willing to allow others to do what I don't like. For some reason this set aig1959 off an a tangent.

Let me reiterate: I personally do not think that homosexuality is good or acceptable to God. I just don't want to force others to live by my standards.

I will also admit that I sometimes get upset and post before I think.

I apologize for referring to you as I did. I was wrong and just lashed out in anger.

Perhaps your support for homosexual unions was just a target after a history of one-liners, insults, name-calling, and general nastiness on your part got stuck in some people's craw, and they decided to call you out. And good for them, BTW

Anyhoo, you seem contrite, now and perhaps we could start anew. You can learn a lot from people, here, even if ytou disagree with them.

Is there any special reason why KenH always refers to the United States of America as "these" United States of America? Just curious.

This is further proof that you are often long on opinion and short on facts.

I have to agree with Ken H. I sincerely hope and pray that you’re right. Fear mongering? Perhaps, but there is a great deal of justification. I don't know how most Yanks feel about the war in Eye-rak or possibly Eye-ran, but here in Canuckland, there is a great deal of resentment about being in Afghanistan under false pretences. Our government just voted a couple of days ago to extend our military mission in Afghanistan to 2011 and not without a lot of controversy. In general, Canucks support & are very proud of their troops and I think for the most part, realize ‘we’re here, so we’d better make the best of it’. Ironic that we went into Afghanistan in a non-combat role (because of pressure from good old Dubya) to support US troops and then got sucked into a full-scale war while your guys took off to Eye-rak looking for WMD, leaving Canucks and precious few other NATO countries 'holding the fort' in Afghanistan. Bitter - no, but very wary of US policies and rhetoric.

Quite frankly, Magnetic Pole’s statement “if the US attacked another nation unprovoked I fear for the survival of the nation as we have known it” rings true. I have to agree – your country’s image is unfortunately, severely tarnished. I can tell you Canucks will be closely watching 2011 roll around and I don't think they'll tolerate any further extensions or being dragged into another quagmire – not from our government or yours.

What "false pretenses" are those?

Beyond the normal Canadian whining about America, that is.

I feel I must say that Dragonfly's comments are being totally misconstured. He has explicitly said he believes that homosexuality is contrary to God's will. He has also pointed out that even though that is his belief, that homosexuals have free will, and that he is not against them having rights the same as anyone else. That is not condoning the religious aspects of belief about homosexuality; rather it is affirming that the government ought not be in the business of enforcing religious beliefs. I agree with that.

I don't think people should take drugs for recreational purposes, as it is counter to good health. I have never used illicit drugs of any kind. Yet I support the legalization of marijuana. Does that mean I support its recreational use? Absolutely not.
