    What things are harder now that weren't hard when Clinton was president?

    Every decade is tough, every year has pain. Wars and rumors of wars will always be. Economic hard times are always going to exist for some and not for others. I'm not crazy about Bush, but I don't remember things being easier under Clinton's administration.
