Looks like it!

The Supreme Court's conservative justices said Wednesday they are prepared to strike down President Obama’s healthcare law entirely.

Picking up where they left off Tuesday, the conservatives said they thought a decision striking down the law's controversial individual mandate to purchase health insurance means the whole statute should fall with it.

Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. and Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. said they shared the view of Scalia and Kennedy that the law should stand or fall in total. Along with Justice Clarence Thomas, they would have a majority to strike down the entire statute as unconstitutional.

You think WAY too much of yourself if you think anyone would consider stalking you.

It is born out of my observation of your tendency towards irrational obsessions with your personal unfounded opinions that you mistakenly take for fact.

I don't care to become another of your irrational obsessions.

I was surprised by Kennedy's position. I now think that the whole law will be struck down.

If not, then that should tell you what kind of shape we're really in as a country.

I wonder when they will finally decide? And if they strike the whole law down, what will be the fallout?

If the whole law gets shot down, what next? What does this mean for Obama politically?

If the left is honest with themselves (I know, I know) they will have to admit that Obama's signature achievement has just been rendered null and void. I read the reviews of the arguments made to the Supreme Court and the critics were not impressed with the attorneys making the case for Obamacare.

Also, his other legislative victory was his stimulus package which has been a failure.

Politically, if Obamacare is overturned they should stamp a great big honkin'

- FAILURE -

sign on his Presidency.

Unfortunately, they're already positioning themselves to use the strike-down as a political advantage. The emphasis will not be on how unconstitutional Obamacare was; it will be "I care about the American people, and I tried; but the Republicans wouldn't let it happen, the Republicans struck it down, and they have nothing to replace it with. They don't care about you as much as I do; they only care about protecting big business (insurance companies)." The Republican candidate will have the weight of the argument on his shoulders, trying to convince the public that he has a better plan, and will take better care of the American people.

And that will be a cute trick since he invented RomneyCare years before Obama was ever heard of. By their choice of a nominee, the Republicans are going to get their carcass handed to them on a silver platter this November.

And thus, the *only* reason I can think of that Newt hasn't dropped out of the race.
