We're too far out to say concretely about anything related to the upcoming presidential election.

I'm withholding my thoughts until an actual field is out there. :)

The Electoral College will vote like they always have (with a handful of exceptions) - exactly like they are told to vote. About half the states have laws punishing them for not doing so.

The record of 'faithless electors' is interesting reading.

Thanks, that was interesting.

......and no, I won't vote Socialist.

I´m going to be honest and admit that before he was running I promoted him being the President but after he entered the race listened and the more I listened the less I heard substance in his speeches and began to examine him. The more I looked at the man the more the Spirit troubled my spirit and so I voted against him. He has been in office long enough that there is a solid base, base, now that just reviles me, as an American.

I voted no and yes, that does mean that I will vote for just about anyone that runs against him.

It is far too early to make such a decision and of course it will depend on who runs against him.

There isn't even a snow ball's chance of that here! And the way the GOP is looking, not so sure I'm voting for any of them either.

I will probably vote for Obama, but I have not decided. Texas is such a red state, I may just stay home and watch election results on television.

NO! He is a socialist, a supporter of the homosexual movement, and a supporter of the illegals who come here. I will also say this however. If rick Perry runs I would rather have the current president in office then MR. Perry who is wolf in sheep's clothing. At least this president does not hide his true beliefs, but I still would not vote for him.
What are you referring to concerning Rick Perry? If it is his "support" quote unquote of illegals going to college free , he does not support this.

Would I vote for Obama? Absolutely not.

Of course, that's assuming we'll still have the right to vote by the time he's through ruining our country his first term in office. And that's assuming quite a lot, I think!

44 to 4

Need I say any thing else? The numbers say it all. if the country were all fundamentally Baptist and conservative, Obama should be planning his retirement party, and forget about any future vacations abroad.

If they put a gun to my head I wouldn't vote for Obama. I'll probably go third party because the 'publicans won't likely nominate Cain.
