My opinion only. I think that, with abortion potentially on the table, there surely seemed to be a larger spiritual battle over this than many realize.

realizing of course there are cases like an ecoptic pregnancy (and a few other cases) which ends with the death of both the mother and baby there can be an exception.

As you know, Kavanaugh is a Bush Republican and former President Bush called Senators on his behalf. Kavanaugh will be a good Justice.

It may not have been entirely about RvW, but it was certainly a major concern. Unenumerated rights and the entire Progressive/Social(ist) agenda seems to be the overarching concern. BTW, thanks for the link. It was quite informative.
