Wow, the MSNBC clip is ridiculous. What a terrible network...actually something worse than FOXNews.

Should be interesting to see how this gets spun nationally. I betcha we hear a lot about out of state money, divided government, right-wing funders, etc.

What I'm stunned at was that while I was at the gym this afternoon they had CNN on the TV in front of my treadmill and they were declaring it would be neck and neck in results all the way until dawn. Wow, how is that honesty in journalism?

Of course yesterday CNN was (and this is just terrible) doing electoral college math and basically saying President Obama already has November tied up. Wow...that is a mighty abrogation of our founding principles. I'm glad we don't have tv anymore.

So now MSNBC is making wild statements about an indictment....

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/vi...e_could_be_indicted_in_the_next_few_days.html

Worse, as I write this (about 9:30pm Central time), if you go to the MSNBC website and click on the main link to the headline "NBC News: Walker emerges victorious in Wisconsin recall," it takes you to a page that says "We cannot find the page you requested"....

The investigation, led by a Democratic prosecutor, has been going on almost as long as Walker's been governor. It is a fishing expedition, the purpose of which is to dig up dirt to fuel a Dem win. If no indictment by now, there won't be one.

Not sure we have heard the end of this.

What new form of persecution will the opposition bring against Walker is yet to be seen (IMO).

Has anyone heard how the four state senators that were also on the WI ballot fared? I was told that if they lost, it'd tip the WI state senate in favor of the dems.

The lead investigator in this witch hunt actually had a 'Recall Walker' and a blue fist union solidarity sign in his front yard. The libs don't seem to care about feigning any appearance of ethics or fairness anymore.

They are desperately looking for some way to bring a criminal indictment against him, even if they have to frame it up or buy some grand jurors..

I see you have Wisconsin listed as your location.

There's a UW/WPT-produced state political show on friday nights called Here and Now. Skewed as left as left can be. I almost can't wait to see how they spin the loss.

One very close loss, a recount is likely.

State Rep. Jerry Petrowski won the open seat created by the resignation of fellow Republican Pam Galloway. The only loss for Republicans Tuesday was the early morning report that State Sen. Van Waggaard, the third Republican targeted in a recall, was defeated. Initially called a winner last night in much of the press, Waggaard apparently lost to Democrat and former Sen. John Lehman by 779 votes, or about one percent of the total votes cast. A recount of the race for the Racine seat is likely.

But even if Lehman wins and Democrats take control of the senate with a 17 to 16 seat edge, it doesn’t mean that much. The legislature has adjourned for the year and will take no further action. Several GOP operatives told Human Events they expect their ranks to grow in the senate in November by at least two seats, as the redistricting of the senate was orchestrated by Republicans (who control the state Assembly as well, with Scott Fitzgerald’s brother Jeff as the speaker). The next time the senate will meet is in January, after elections have been held.

Remember when Sarah Palin used the word "target" and it's symbol.

All perdition broke loose via the liberal press because of supposed conservative gun crazed violence.

I heard the lone Dem victory likened to someone who spends a thousand dollars at a carnival to win the giant stuffed animal and only wins the small, cheap one.
