Let's see, you're an usher at your church, whenever they ask for testimonies you're one of the first to give one, you're quick to apologize if you make a mistake, you're either in a management position at your job or you're a teacher, but you consider photography a part time job and used to have aspirations of doing it professionally.

Well I'm one of those REALLY opinionated people. {Can't ya tell? } But if someone dosn't like it when I post, well, I guess that's their opinion. NO, I'm NOT a man {thank the Lord!} and I don't think women are to have the athority over a man. I believe men are to be the head of the house, and they are they only gender God calls to be a preacher, BUT women aren't second class citizens, and God dosn't think that of us ladies either. He died for us, just like he did the men. We are just as important and sometimes I wonder what men would do if it wern't for women...
When someone says something contrary to scripture, I'm not going to stand by and allow that. I can't in good conseinse. {or however you spell that word!}
It isn't wrong to call someone's name when they are wrong. Paul, one of the greatest Christians, rebuked Peter, and also told the church to beware of Alexander the coppersmith.
And what of Ester? Did she not risk her very life when it came to something she believed in?
Women do have a place in God's service. Granted it's not in the pulpit, but their jobs are still important. They are the comfortors, the helpmeet for the man, the loving mother, the homemaker. What a joy and privalidge we as ladies have!

No, I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few on here that did, but that's just because it's such a big board and with so many backgrounds and pasts, it just wouldn't surprise me....

Ummm hmmm. So... Refreshed is a nice looking young man.... can't tell if he is single by his profile.... but he is from..uh...Strawberry? uh... watch out.
1. I'm not an usher in my church as there are no official ushers. I am a preacher-in-training under my pastor, however, and as a matter of fact, just yesterday, I helped out with the Lord's Supper, and do so on occasion.Originally posted by Gina:

3. You're right. I am quick to apologize.
4. I am an independent contractor medical transcriptionist. I'm my own boss, so, yeah, I guess you would say I'm in "management." I also enjoy teaching teenagers, and I was the youth pastor at my old church.
5. I love photography, but I don't think I'm good enough to make money at it, but I am good enough apparently to top out the amateur category at our county fair.
I have a plan in the works to open my own photography supply/camera shop. I was aiming for February for opening day, but it'll have to be postponed for a little while. By the way, if anyone wants to buy some of my photos, I'll sell them!That all said, you did very well Gina.
