The Commerce clause is designed for inter-state commerce. The Supreme Court has went way out of bounds with that.

Therefore, executive depts will try to push the envelope just as far as they can to further their liberal causes.
I agree. Here is what the commerce clause says: " The Congress shall have Power . . . To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes." That's it folks. Congress has seized on these few words to create whole new departments and agencies of the executive department. The power of the commerce clause is a constitutional fiction that a cowardly Supreme Court has allowed to grow unlawfully and unchecked.

I wouldn't say a cowardly Supreme Court, I would say a liberal Supreme Court.

The courts of this land have gone from interpreting the law to writing the law which is not their intended function. We need more than an election of true conservatives to get this country back on track, there needs to be some type of legislation limiting how courts can intepret the law.
