Women leading mixed Precept study??

Someone may have covered this and I missed it.

But, what is the difference between a woman leading the precepts study and Kay Arthur teaching the precepts study via video?

Facilitation was brought up. I'd like to hear some views on that. Is facilitation the same as leading or not? Is it possible for a woman to lead a man without usurping his authority?
