So, women should stay home, all marry and never work outside of the home.

Cheers,

I am kind of outta luck with church since I am single and have to work to survive. Anyone want a concubine? I am available.

A concubine! At least that would be biblical, wouldn't it. I can picture the scene at the local Baptist church now. Deacons dancing up and down, fists shaking....................................er......ahem!

Cheers,

Jim

Oh, I could marry you, but I turned in my license a couple of years ago.

Yes, sadly, I'm afraid you are right. We do have "untouchable" people in the church.
When people are stupid enough to not read their Bible and blindly follow the leaders in their denomination they will get the same thing they are getting now.

I was not aware that Junia was female, since Junia was introduced along with Andronicus as as kinsmen in kjv or countrymen in nkjv. Someone enlighten me.

Well, that or they where respected preachers of the Gospel accepted by the church, which has some biblical support. To achieve your interpretation you have to depend on the definite article preceding apostles. Most scholars choose option one.

Context it everything!
