A lot of the anti-Obama opposition was due to racism but also simply because he was a Democrat.

No, nearly 100 % of the Christian opposition towards him was due to him claiming to being a Christ follower, and then turn around to knock Christianity and exault Islam and other religions on a regular basis, and then advocating an agenda such as homosexual and transgender that are firmly anti christian!

I think I've heard that the republican Teddy Roosevelt was a racist. Is that what you're referring to? The other thing he did was initiate looking at providing health insurance for all in the U.S. This was considered by many other presidents including FDR, Truman, Johnson, Nixon, Carter, and Clinton before Obama achieved it.

Obama did NOT get insurance coverage for all, but he did get a far worse insurance plan for all that were covered under it!
