[Deleted.]The following is a true story. I have a grand niece and a grand Christian who was working in a restaurant to help pay her way through college. On Sunday noon a "dear" little old lady would come in to eat lunch, or dinner for Yankees, after attending church. she would then berate the waitresses or waiters for not attending church, apparently unaware that someone had to prepare her Sunday lunch! A vivid example of the condition of the church of today.
Sadly Spurgeon was correct as is MacArthur but the congregation must be dismissed in order to beat the crowd to the restaurant, donchuno!

Anyone can say something stupid. But it takes real talent to 'raise' this to the level of an "art-form!"The following is a true story. Since when has preaching less lengthy sermons considered to be sin (what worldly actually means), not to mention relevant sermons?John MacArthur on Charles Spurgeon & Worldly Preaching http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UgFiFVlpwvM

Mr. "Grace to you" would benefit by actually holding to this mantra, and take a look in the mirror at his own "bad doctrine" he so often rails about.
I think the kid just stayed up too late the night beforeJust a note: wasn't one of Paul's sermon so long and boring that a kid fell out of a window and snapped their neck; dieing?

I actually think he is pretty solid...what I don't like is his continued bashing of other pastors. All you see on youtube is "John Macarthur on_____" where he tears apart their ministries. Hardly "grace to you". So...do you think not having a long sermon is "worldly"? A relevant sermon "worldly"? It's odd that he just had a sermon on The Shack...which seems pretty relevant.Your dislike of John MacArthur has been notice.
