Would it be correct to say that the above is the nail in the coffin or should we say the nail taken from the coffin that made salvation possible for men, that is the resurrection from the dead of Jesus of Nazareth, the Christ?

Was that the moment in time that salvation was made possible for man? The moment of the birth (first cause) of eternal salvation? --- And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; Hebrews 5:9

Was the resurrection from the dead of Jesus the Christ, the grace of God that brought forth (manifested) salvation?

I would say that the moment in time when salvation became possible was when God promised it. Unlike us His word is a sure thing and when He promises something it is always a done deal. While we as humans and an imperfect corrupted creation must always wait until the act of the promises out of our mouths begin, it is not so with God. Once He speaks it is the same as being done. There is no chance to go the other way.

Psa_33:4 For the word of the LORD is upright, and all his work is done in faithfulness.

Psa_105:8 He remembers his covenant forever, the word that he commanded, for a thousand generations,

Psa_119:89 Forever, O LORD, your word is firmly fixed in the heavens.

I agree with your statement, it mattered not what fork in the road Adam took for it had already been determined: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, 1 Peter 1:20

What was, the faith and when did, the faith come which removed one from being under the schoolmaster, the law and justified that one?
How was the faith revealed?

Christ did excercise perfect faith, unlike the rest of us....

...but remember also that romans 3 says that the propitiation is "recieved by faith." Surely THAT faith is ours, and not just Christ's?
