There are different degrees of universalism. "All paths lead to God" is more the unitarian universalists.

Universalism is the basic belief that all of mankind will be reconciled to God whether this age or the age to come

Universalism (technically/properly defined) means that all religions are equally efficacious for salvation.

Inclusivism means that (in varying ways) belief, regardless of religious category, is made salvific because of Jesus' sacrifice and atonement which extends into all (or some) categories of belief.

Excluvisim means that (generally) only explicit belief in Jesus is salvific and His atonement is only available for those who, explicitly, believe in Him.

So when say the RCC under vatican 2 stated that God would honor "baptism of faith", that H e would honor their sincewre devotion to their faith/religion and credit it as being 'good", as they would have becoem catholics if had means avaialble to them...

Well I don't know how much work you've done in reading the encylicals from Vatican II....but it changed everything about Roman Catholicism. One can read a form of inclusivism from their decisions.

As the RCC sees both Judaism and islam as valid religions to approach God under, as they see God honoring those sincere in their faith and works in those religions...

Sees hope for other religions, just NO hope for those who know official RCC theology/doctrines and refuse to embrance them as being valid!
