I don't support MADD, but I would if they lobbied to make drunk driving a capital offense.There was a news article on TV tonight.
MADD (Mothers against Drunk Drivers are asking you to tie a red ribbon on your Vehicle antenna to bring awareness to drunk driving.
Here in NY State the red ribbons are being passed out by toll collectors on the NY State Thruway.
So would you tie the ribbon on your vehicle?

Actually, I said the 4th offense should be life in prison. That was based on our state laws. I like your idea better. If you are convicted of DWI, and kill someone, go to the electiric chair.I don't support MADD, but I would if they lobbied to make drunk driving a capital offense.
