Would you visit the North Pole, South Pole or Both?

What if God told you to go to minister to the residents?

It may be one of those Jonah situations at first.

I haven't been to the North Pole but I've been to Northern Alaska in Jan.-Feb.

40 below at night, the sun never makes it over the tree line, huge lakes frozen solid.

A place Bear Grylls would think twice about going.

That would be a noble calling. Do you feel being led in that direction?
NO

But I did find the following on this link:
I feel close to God down south when I have those moments when I’m alone and among the grand and majestic nature that surrounds me. When I see the icebergs flowing past in the ocean, when I look at the mountains on the horizon that stretch endlessly away. When I’m looking at the sky and it's filled with endless clouds.

It is the awe-inspiring presence of God on the earth that he has created.

I had a friend do a South America cruise in which passed by Cape Horn. She said the winds in the Southern Ocen reached 100 mph with her husband getting sick.

And also days locked in the room because the conditions prevented otherwise. The shore excursions were also very expensive
