Our own CIA could offer up a bunch of sacrificial goats and we could say that we cleaned it up, but the truth is the rot runs so deep in our intelligence agencies that nothing less than a complete reformation (which will never happen) would work.
Some other disruptor President in a far-flung future might unearth all of it when everyone involved is long since dead, but we'll never see it.

The recovery process in central Texas will take time and a lot of hard work. The accumulation of fast flowing debris and mud has made this particularly difficult.
There are over 2,100 responders working tirelessly in Kerr County alone.
I've seen a lot of good in people this past week."
