His return brings the resurrection, rapture, the end of the world, and the new heavens and earth. Both Jesus and Paul say this. They do not mention a millennium ever.

The 1000 years are the binding of Satan. He attacks the kingdom when they end. So they are not the kingdom. You are adding Phariseeism to Christianity.

They learned the truth by the time Peter preached the gospel of the non-millennial kingdom at Pentecost.

The Coming Kingdom of Christ, by John R. Rice (Baptist evangelist and theologian) is a great book, and a good example of a non-dispensational view of premillennialism--in other words, historic premil.
An excerpt: "Many faithful and good teachers and preachers of the Bible do not agree about details. But the great body of truth concerning the fact of Christ's literal return and literal reign on this earth are so clearly taught that for a humble and open-minded believer to know what God's Word says on these matters is simply to accept it and be glad" (p. 4).
Now if you disagree with this statement, don't pontificate, simply suggest a Baptist book that portrays your own view. That way we won't derail the thread anymore.

All of my Amillennialism comes from Jesus' teaching on the nature of the kingdom. An example from my notes follows.
Please consider the spiritual nature of the Kingdom:
“And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” (Matthew 3:2) (KJV 1900)
“And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.” (Matthew 11:12) (KJV 1900)
“Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.” (Matthew 16:28) (KJV 1900)
“Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.” (1 Corinthians 15:50)

From there I modify the traditional form of Amillennialism concerning their visible institutional church into an invisible church made up of believers only. If any baptists agree with this, I'm not aware.
Oh, thank goodness the apostles quit being heretics on the day the local church was established. And great research on your part to find this heretofore unknown aspect of the apostles.
he also stated that Jesus was reserved and being held in heaven until the time jewish Israel puts their trust in him and receive him as their messiah, correct?
Did not know that he was that form of premil, just assumed that he held to traditional Dispy view!
maybe they did not have the creeds to keep them from heresy?
