Your Radio and TV while overseas?

Once in a while, I did listen to Canadian Armed Forces Radio
I often listened to Christian ministry Trans World Radio
We found that both on MW and Short wave.
On AFN - Paul Harvey would come on about 9pm
AS far as TV shows, most were about 6 months after they aired in the States.
WE did not have a "TV season" rather a series would all the episodes from a season - one per week - then go to anther TV show.
