Pretty simple, What is you're favorite book of the bible and why?
I know some smart guy is gonna come in and say all of them.. lol
Mine is Ecclesiastes ( I'm actually in the process of memorizing the whole book 1 verse a day.), Mainly because it was the first book of the bible I ever remember reading and knowing that I was reading the very words of God, How it seems to nail the reality of death is absolutely incredible to me.
When I read it I was living for drugs and sexual immorality, the book completely plowed me.
my favorite verses are:
Ecc 2:11 Then I looked on all the works that my hands had wrought, and on the labour that I had laboured to do: and, behold, all was vanity and vexation of spirit, and there was no profit under the sun.
Ecc 3:11 He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.
Ecc 3:14 I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.
Ecc 5:10 He that loveth silver shall not be satisfied with silver; nor he that loveth abundance with increase: this is also vanity.
Ecc 6:11 Seeing there be many things that increase vanity, what is man the better?
Ecc 6:12 For who knoweth what is good for man in this life, all the days of his vain life which he spendeth as a shadow? for who can tell a man what shall be after him under the sun?
Ecc 11:4 He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.
Ecc 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
Ecc 12:14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
