Zelensky was our puppet, not a hero.

oh, Zelensky is corrupt alright, but then so are all the other players in this scenario, I thought he beat that other guy Petro whatever by a landslide.

No fan of Zelensky, free pot, legalized prostitution, gun grabbing, free abortions on demand, nasty. And that place has never been a democracy, not even the corrupt sewer variety.

You do know Zelensky wasn't elected until 2019 right? To say he was not elected freely, five years after Yanukovych was removed is ridiculous. In fact, he is the third president since Yanukovych. So this is a laugh at best.

He also won decisively in an election by the people. Are you saying he did not? And do you realize you quoted a site copyrighted by SPUTNIK news? View attachment 5880

Copyrighted from Sputnik. What of it? You are admitting, I suppose, that you only trust Western sites? Do you think that Western sites have a corner on the truth, or would never propagandize? How naive.

Not sure what your point was. Rockwell was quoting Sputnik as a source but he himself as not, as maybe you are imagining, a communist. He had written elsewhere that environmentalism was "an ideology as pitiless and Messianic as Marxism."

Yes, I know Zelensky became president in 2019. What I wrote earlier was a shortened version of our puppetmaking in Ukraine. Originally the Obama administration wanted Arseniy Yatsenyuk for president. But they finally opted for Oleksandr Turchynov, the "Ukrainian John McCain". He was called this because he pretty much was a hawk like McCain.

He was our first puppet. And, if you studied this history you would see that puppets often lead to other puppets. Once having gained power in Ukraine we would continue to hold onto it through several governments.Turchynov did our bidding by disregarding the Minsk Agreements (1 and 2) which, among other things, had both sides ceasing fire. Instead the shelling of the Breakaway Regions increased. And that shelling has been ongoing from 2014 to the present time.

As for Zelensky, yes, "he won decisively". So did Biden, supposedly.

Reformed, you really, really should widen your choice of sources. Yes, that includes RT.com and Sputnik. They are often wrong as well, but they are usually wrong about different things than we are. Two wrongs do not make a right, but they do give us more to work from to better understand the truth.

A little more than that.
Pravda was the old official broadsheet newspaper of the CCP/USSR. Novosti was the former official Soviet news agency.

Yes, I struggled through reading some of those Russian papers in the USAF in the 70s when I was up for assignment there.

Zelensky might not be a hero to Russian sympathizers but I beg to differ about Zelensky's hero status to his people, he is a truly brave leader and that is to be respected.

Yes, I did.:)

What of it? O _ O
We have pointed out you are using pro-Russia/ anti-America sites as sources. You say “what of it?”

Women and children are dying in Ukraine and you want to argue that a pro-Russia website might have truthful info on it. And you, being the great intellectual that you are, believe you are able to sort truth and lie, while Ukraine burns and women and children die.

What a waste of cyber space

peace to you

Zelensky was some big media star back in the day - his specialty was (lol) romantic comedies as a leading man, so of course, he has loads of charisma.

I really have a problem taking sides myself here - looks like it's globalism (MSM, EU, George Soros and all the other lefty goons) against Russian imperialism, nationalism. Don't like either side, but Ukraine is being invaded by a much larger, powerful country, so I'm with the underdog, grudgingly so.

Follow the link to communist propaganda at your own risk.

Perhaps it worked for you because you are identified as a “comrade in good standing” among the peo-Russia, anti-America crowd.

peace to you
Strange that your comments continue to exist in this thread. Disappointing, all around.
