Wally World never appealed to me, but they are breaking ground for a new supercenter about 2 miles from (on our side of Casper; already have one on the east side of town) so am afraid I might soon get the "urge" to start shopping there . .

Great news Dan!

Good morning all:

It is still snowing here @ 24 with wind blowing 20-30mph. Wind chill is 16. High today of 32 and a low of 19 tonight. Brrrrrrr

HAPPY MARCH!

Tax refund should be in this week and I will get my car overhauled. It is a 1996 with over 100,000 miles on it - but it's paid for and I'm driving it until it don't drive no more!!!

Morning all. I had an awful night. I couldn't fall asleep and Jim woke up coughing about 12:30. He got up so he wouldn't disturb me. I got to sleep soon after and then woke with a horrible nightmare at 2:30. Jim came back to bed and talked until about 4:00. I slept a few mintues before getting up for Ty who was 25 mins. late because of a train stopped on the railway. He didn't go back to sleep until almost time for me to get up for Jack. This is going to be a very long day! Ug....

Same here in winterwonderland. Less than a foot and the possibilty of only 3-4" more and a balmy 30 degrees to boot. What a lousy winter.

Hubby called and told me it is snowing like crazy where he is just about 30 mins. from here. He has to record/ master a CD for a school choir tonight and he was concerned there'd be so much snow the dress rehearsal would be cancelled. What are you talking about... I wondered!!!

We've got less than 2 feet on the ground and under 75" for the season. 2 years ago we had 188" - it came in October and stayed. If I wanted to clean up with a leaf blower I'd move to say....Georgia!

There's a lot of folks up here who depend on significant snows for their living. The tourism industries like snowmobiling, skiing, lodging, gas stations,etc and folks who plow snow are taking a real hit in an already strained economy.

Not to mention, without snow shovels and snow shoes, I won't get any exercise!

We just got back from Bitsy's follow up appointment and she is released and gets to go back to school tommorrow! Guess who is celebrating that?

There should be snow here as cold as it is. But no, it is a beautiful sunny day. Just way to cold to do anything outside. We almost froze to death just walking into the doc's office.

That's good news Cindi! I sure hope Bitsy can stay well now. The 5 year old boy I keep, Max, is out sick AGAIN. He's got another fever. He's actually been sick for a month and has been on antibiotics for all but a couple of days. His Dad is taking him back to the doctor this afternoon.

It IS cold! The temp is 33° but the winds are 30+ mph and the wind chill is horrid!
