You have ripped a verse out of context. Jesus was talking about false prophets, not Adam.
Genesis 1:31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
Everything that God made was "very good". This includes Adam since God made him, correct?
