Let me guess? your husband left you and you are divorced?

John

You guessed wrong, Sailor. Lol.

I continue to be married to my first spouse far longer than the National Average for Christian marriages.

BTW, why should it matter to you ... ? Are you trying to get ... "snotty" ... for some weak little reason ... ?

God has over the years marvelously blessed myself and our family with many loving and entertaining friends. Lol.

(Notice how I worded that answer to sound magnanimously spiritual. That is a little rhetoric trick I have learned from listening to Professional Church Talkers. Lol.)

Well, i think that most everyone on here will agree that I am not the average "church talker". i will pretty much tell you, or anyone else, like it is.

You are just a nasty little thing arent you?

Maybe if you did go back to church you might find a man, and not be so hateful.

Yes, I like being snotty.

Especially with women that dont know their place.

Jesus modeled sarcasm towards arrogant and presumptuous religious sounding people. He did not model the weak, little, milque toast sentiments found in trifling and helpless pewsitters.

Jesus could see into the hearts and minds of men.

Posting such comments above presumes that you have that ability.

James 4
11 Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.
12 There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?

Are you able to discern with wisdom and accuracy what is my "obvious need?"

Step up with Godly knowledge, rather than with big mouthed speculation. Can you ... ? Lol. I doubt it.

Since you asked - Hebrews 12:15 the root of bitterness.

I was going to suggest some of the Proverbs...

Pro 5:1-8 (ESV) My son, be attentive to my wisdom; incline your ear to my understanding, 2 that you may keep discretion, and your lips may guard knowledge. 3 For the lips of a forbidden woman drip honey, and her speech is smoother than oil, 4 but in the end she is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged sword. 5 Her feet go down to death; her steps follow the path to Sheol; 6 she does not ponder the path of life; her ways wander, and she does not know it. 7 And now, O sons, listen to me, and do not depart from the words of my mouth. 8 Keep your way far from her, and do not go near the door of her house...
