I know I shouldn’t take my time to do this, but I can't walk away from this statement and let it go unchallenged. The accusation of racism against JK was uncalled for. So I’m going have to call you out on this.

It took all of 15 seconds to go to Google and type in... ​

...and see EXACTLY how many times over the years the word “thug” has been used on the BB and in what context – racially, politically, or otherwise.

Here’s how the word “thug” has been used and against whom it has been used over the years at the BB. If you’ll note, the word has been used overwhelmingly against white men and Arab men.

The ONLY reference I could not find on the BB was in referring to a female as thug.

So, Zaac, if you feel like calling me a thug right now, go ahead. I can take and I'll proudly represent the female thugs of the BB. :saint:

 

As I understand Florida law (I'm not a lawyer nor a Floridian), the jury can only bring back a gulity verdict on the charges with which they are sent into the jury room. So, if the judge hadn't added this last charge, they could not have considered it. And the blow back to that would be considerable. Now, the jury can come back with an acquital on all (possible) charges.
