Yeah, I am wondering if this will be her last case? This has to be one of the strangest cases in American jurisprudence. Even uber liberal Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz said that the charges were incorrect.

Some lawyer on Lou Dobbs said that it not unusual for charges to be changed at the end of the trial.

As I understand Florida law (I'm not a lawyer nor a Floridian), the jury can only bring back a gulity verdict on the charges with which they are sent into the jury room. So, if the judge hadn't added this last charge, they could not have considered it. And the blow back to that would be considerable. Now, the jury can come back with an acquital on all (possible) charges.

Did your search show the number of times since the beginning of this year folks on this board have referred to Trayvon as a thug, or does that not get included in your number? You've shown threads, and the number of threads has nothing to do with the time in the thread.
