Were those days ever in existence......and I'm quite serious about this question. I do not recall it in my lifetime so I wouldn't know.

 

What a stupid post. And I do mean stupid.

 

Yep. I asked him who we should give it back to, but he couldn't think of an answer, so I guess he realizes now that it was a dumb statement.

 

The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. You may not agree with how it has been interpreted, but it is the supreme law of the land.

 

That's his point. He doesn't like it. I don't either. The recent interpretations have ignored the intent.

 

Take it back....help them pack

Is there anything worse than patriotic rhetoric? Why yes, there is, patriotic rhetoric in the form of bad country music. Ugh and double ugh.

 

Yeah, but it makes one feel good and superior and everything will just be peachy keen if we can just get rid of all those undesirables.

 

I would like to go back to the gold and silver standard but most of all back to the days when killing babies in the womb with a meat grinder was illegal.

Like humanity, nations sin and all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

For a short time in my life I was a counselor and I made this observation.

Once a spouse started finding little faults with his/her partner it usually wasn't long before the divorce.

Now as to people wanting to find fault with my beloved country (and I don't mean our government who anulled the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness via the SCOTUS) - there is a wealth of evidence to be sure and I agree I am very prejudice.

But I'm too old and weary to help anyone pack.

There have been decisions that I do not like. But like them or not the Constitution is the supreme law of the land. Only on rare occasions is a decision later overturned.

 

Because that's what hate makes you do. There is no rationality at all in these statements by C.T.Boy. They are born of dishonesty, and hate. Your goals represent the attitude of most of us here, and thank you for posting them.

I am tired of editing out off-topic personal comments and attacks. It is obvious that folks are incapable of debate without attacking each other.
