Thank you Revmitchell.

I cannot understand WHY people do not realize that the ONLY reason there have not been other attacks since 9/11 is because of the hard work being done by the military and government agencies to keep us safe.

The war on terror IS working.

I ask again, what are any of you saying on the phone that you would be afraid for some unknown person to hear?

My security clearance is an open book to the government...KenH says that is wrong if I am not being investigated for a crime.

I say, Timothy McVeigh had no crimes he was being investigated for and created the second largest terrorist act on American soil.

I think the government NEEDS to know what I'm doing, due to what I work around every day. They NEED to know if I am talking with terrorists. They NEED to know if I AM a terrorist.

I gladly open my life to them so that other potential terrorists can be caught.

As far as you know at this point. Regardless, it is not the government's business who I call or who calls me.

In order for your number to become part of their investigation you have to receive a call froma terrorist.
Wrong. If you are a customer of, or have been called by a customer of, AT&T, Verizon or BellSouth, you ARE ALREADY a part of this investigation.

Yeah, one part of Leviathan approving an unconstitutional action by another part of Leviathan. </font>[/QUOTE]We already know you don't care for our Executive Branch. Now we know you don't like the decisions of the Judicial Branch and it sounds like you believe they are conspiring together to make a ruling you disagree with.

Naturally neither one of them know how to interpret the Constitution, according to you.

Is the Legislative Branch performing to your satisfaction? If not, what system of government would you prefer.

Or is sour grapes your forte? ;)

With the amount of spending by the Congress, no way am I satisfied with that.

System of government I prefer for the United States to have? A democratic repubblic accomplished at the ballot box that has limited government that stays out of the citizens' pocketbooks and the citizens' personal lives as much as possible.

If there are jihadi sleeper-cells in the US (very likely), and one day they plant bombs in your town, then there will be yowls of, "Why didn't Bush seek them out and protect us from them?".

It would be the same as people insisting that drunk drivers be locked up, but complaining about the "unconstitutionality of random roadblocks". Or will the drunk drivers and jihadis just walk into the police stations and lock themselves up like Otis Campbell.

The only reason there hasn't been another attack is because the globalists have't ordered it yet. Right now their busy legislating the coming martial law and further building their police state to control all of us when the time comes.

The war on terror IS working.
Baloney, the war on terror is a cover for the globalization of America the abolishment of our borders the lowering of our wages and the taking of our liberties, or conditioning us to easily surrender them without a struggle as you advocate.

I ask again, what are any of you saying on the phone that you would be afraid for some unknown person to hear?
That isn't the point, the point is that without probable cause they have no business tracking, listening to or recording citizen's conversations. Period! It isn't about "reasonablness" as Hayden would have us believe.

My security clearance is an open book to the government...KenH says that is wrong if I am not being investigated for a crime.
So do the feds own training manuals.

I say, Timothy McVeigh had no crimes he was being investigated for and created the second largest terrorist act on American soil.
Then you must have missed out on the best part of the story.

I think the government NEEDS to know what I'm doing, due to what I work around every day. They NEED to know if I am talking with terrorists. They NEED to know if I AM a terrorist.
What is a terrorist Phillip, not according to you but according to the feds? Hint...read their training manuals. It's you and I that are the terrorists.

I gladly open my life to them so that other potential terrorists can be caught.
Then you go ahead and surrender your liberties to the globalists, nobodies stopping you Phillip. Why not be a good citizen and run down and volunteer to take your chip implant before they are forced on the rest of us? That'll really impress em!

I do not think that the average citizen or even Christians, or 2nd Amemndments Rights people are *really* considered terrorists, yet, by the Government...

There *are* people who do fit the profile you refer to that are in fact highly likely to commit terrorist acts to promote their cause...

Thankfully they are the 'fringe'...

However, having said that, the fact that it has been codified and is in the Training Manuals is chilling because all it takes is a rather minor paradigm shift to call all Religious Christians or all 2nd Amendments Rights Advocates terrorists...

Right now it could go either way...

If we have revival we will have gained time to win more lost...

If we do not have revival then we will, without fail, go the way you (Poncho) is indicating...

2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

2 Corinthians 6:2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)

The choice is ours...

How will we pray?

Sure we are SMM, you picked exactly the correct word. "Chilling". This is all meant to have a chilling effect on dessent and opposition to the globalist controlled government agenda and their mass media PR agents.

Here's what probable cause is today.

You are probably a terrorist if,..

You own a copy of the almanac.

You make frequent references to the U.S. Constitution.

You travel in mixed company.

You wear Levis.

You take photos in public places.

You own a cell phone.

You use the internet.

You are against globalization,

You are against abolishing the borders and "Building A NorthAmerican Community".

You are against the FTAA, NAFTA, GATT, CAFTA, MEFTA, IMF, World Bank, etc.

You believe what America's founding fathers said about government and tyranny.

You drink alcohol.

You smoke cigarettes.

You want the US out of the United Nations and the United Nationas out of the US.

You think the Federal Reserve is a private banking interest.

You think the Patriot Acts are an assualt against the U.S. constitution.

You are a "conspiracy theorist".

These are just a few things that will probably get you on secret list protected by national security.

Bottom line, the "war on terror" is nothing more than an all out assualt on freedom setting the stage for world government and a new fuedalistic rule by the elite. The same elite btw that think 90% of us are just "useless eaters".

But,

Why Resist?

if THEY REALLY ARE OUT TO GET YOU

Yes, I would like to see the Republican Party lead by someone in the mold of Barry Goldwater and Ronald Reagan.

Just because you choose not to read the government's own training manuals where these "identifiers" come from doesn't mean they don't exist Ed. Oh but, that's right you don't care what's happening here now because you'll be on a magic carpet ride outta here when the things you could have helped stop now take place in the future.

How convenient for you eh?

And how many of them have they found by illegally data-mining our personal phone records?

Exactly how many terrorists have they found by sifting through our library records?

And they keep saying that they need to take more of our rights, to "save" us.

Right. This is another of the reasons why 1/3 of republicans say that their party needs to have power taken from it.

Let's just trash the constitution if it is to be of no value to those of us who have nothing to hide. Let's just trust the government to not break our door down and haul us off to prison for whatever reason suits our leaders.
