Simple question: As Obama moves closer to using his pen and phone to legalize millions of illegal aliens shortly after the elections [don't want to hurt those fellow Democrats running for his or her life, career and office], should we start by deporting all illegals, and in turn. allow those with families to move to the front of the line to apply for fast track citizenship in the immigration process?

I'd love to know what you would do if you were, by some freak of fate, the president of this nation right now?

If you don't like my plan, lay out your plan to handle this massive human rights and American law problem!

No need to criticize me or my plan .... JUST lay out what you think would be fair to all illegals, regardless of the origin or race? Inquiring minds want to know .... I want to know?

Why are illegals different from other criminals?

They have broken the law - and should be punished.

The bigger problem is that the system to apply for citizenship rivals the VA in terms of how painful they have to make everything. I'd rather fix the system and streamline it.

Fixing the system = keeping them out and /or deporting them - period.

The system has been streamlined. To keep the borders open. It's called NAFTA.

Who is them? Are we talking about immigrants in general now or just Mexicans?

Whatever happened to "Give me your tired, your poor/Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free."

Since we must spell it out for you? I-L-L-E-G-A-L-S
BTW, whatever gave you the ideal I was only talking about a certian country. ( I will love to hear your answer to this question)

So what you are saying that anyone should be allowed in this country -

    1) regarless of medical condition ( think Ebola)
    2) regardless of criminal background - (appears you would have no problem with more rapists coming to the USA)
    3) regardless of ability to earn income. ( so you would not be opposed to a 90% income tax as our country becomes more socalist)

Sure, in the 19th centrury immigration was virtually unlimited (other than medical) but - there was no govt give-a-way programs. People who came - knew they would have to work to support themselves. What a concept

    Interesting link

Yes, I was definitely talking about all the ebola carriers and rapists (bonus points if they are both). Anyways, unless you can come up with a plan that tracks down every single solitary person and boots them from the country then I suggest you read this.

We already have a system that can track every single solitary person in this country.

It's called the NSA warrant-less spy grid.

They can find you easy enough. They already know where you are and what you're saying on the phone, in your emails and on this forum.

They probably know more about you than you do. And when I say they I mean the government that keeps claiming it's all about keeping us "safe" by creating a totalitarian system of control to keep us lowly citizens in line.

I might consider it -AFTER you answer my questions.

If that is the case, why are there over 700,000
    outstanding warrants...

Fine. I think you are assuming the worst in people and that the statistics show that many that are here are law abiding, tax paying, hard working citizens. I'm not aware of any rampant disease issues that result from outsiders different than any other modernized nation in this world deal with. The U.S. usually does track those people that come here to escape legal issues in another country.

[Edit] Your article doesn't address immigrants really just crime in the U.S. in general. The issue there seems to be mainly a lack of resources due to budgetary issues which isn't really a secret for local police departments.

And of course you are talking about Mexicans unless you are gravely concerned about the rabid influx of our Canadian neighbors flooding upstate New York.

Far as I'm concerned, deport every illegal immigrant in the country.

    Now.

They knew they were breaking the law. No excuses. Give 'em the boot.

    All of them.

    Didn't say it would happen.

Many Hispanics do not speak English to form a click u mungs themselves and despise our culture. Subway for example the other day .....takes your order in English but finish the order in Spanish. Nancy,Harry,Obama approves of this rude behavior thorough "compassion".

So am I. The article clearly articulates this. Or are you still refraining from reading because I missed one of your questions?

Or maybe it's just their first language and it is easier? You could just use Occam's Razor or you could do what you usually do and just assign the most nefarious motive you can think of in your head to confirm your opinion?
