I figured you must have been just a teeny bit sarcastic in that post. :)

It doesn't make any difference to me. Michelle Bachman was the keynote speaker at my mom's graduation from Regent University during her campaign and nobody batted an eye

Umm, nope. He's far less qualified than the GOP claimed the current resident of the White House to be. But since he's a possible GOP candidate, those high convictions may have gone out the window just as did the whole Mormonism is a cult conviction.

Me thinks you merely rhetorically aim to justify voting for Hillary. Me, I'd love to see Clinton VS Carson come to a head. https://www.google.com/#q=Ben+Carson+more+popular+than+Hillary

Please. If I wanted to vote for Hillary Clinton I wouldn't have any problem saying so. Unlike Ben Carson, she has the experience to do the job.

I'm just saying that the GOP continues to show itself to lack any type of conviction.

in the 2008 election cycle, all I heard from the GOP was how little experience Barack Obama had. Now fast forward ahead and the same GOP has found its own , little unqualified candidate. But seems to have no qualms with him as a candidate.

I do believe that a lot of that stems from the GOP attitude, at least with some, that the Dems gave us the first black President. So let us give you a black President who will do things right...or at least the GOP version of right.

There's just no vision in the GOP. They are reactionary to everything and won't be winning a Presidential election for a while.

Speaking of experience, it still amazes me, considering the supposed recession, that Romney didn't win. Definitely more experienced in office as well as in financial concerns, which was supposedly a primary concern in both elections. The first, disaster predicted, and in the second, the disaster proclaimed.

    God bless.

If a woman ought not be President because of her gender, should women not serve as mayors or governors or in the Congress or Senate or any other leadership position?

Personally, I think that the idea that they are unqualified simply because of biology is stupid.

You can't compare Carson's non-existent experience to even the scant experience that Obama had. As unqualified as Obama was, Carson is even less qualified.

He doesn't expect to win anyhow. This is all about the money and the speaking circuit and the special correspondency, and the book deals and the possible radio talk show.

    Or Principals or CEOs either.

They aren't. That's just the excuse that allows some people to feel good discriminating against them for that reason.

I don't want to continue derailing the thread with this subject but must say that's quite a motive you're assigning to Carson, not sure where you get your information from, but he has said on several occasions WHY he is considering running...and sorry, but I'll have to take his word over your continued rhetorical fabrications. ;)

    BTW:
Carson has and I'm sure will continue to answer this rhetorical charge also. I can only hope your girl Hillary pulls out that card.

You feel free to do that. But he's wasting time. I know it, you know it, and the GOP knows it. He doesn't stand a long shot of being the GOP nominee.

    BTW:

He doesn't have anything to answer it with. His resume is blank when it comes to what most look at as relevant experience for the job. And like I said, it's the utmost of hypocrisy(used to this from the GOP now) to put this unexperienced man up as a nominee after complaining about Obama's lack of experience.

    And I don't have a girl Hillary.

Obama wasn't qualified to be POTUS? Can't believe the awe inspired Zaac said that of his guy?!
