When are names written in the "Book of Life"?"

Seems everyone needs a verse due to a lack of insight and Biblical perception. In this case there is a verse that needs to say 'All believers names were written in the Book of Life after they repented, but before the world was crea...wait, NEVERMIND!' 1st Myopic 1:1

No. There was a Book of Life existing from before the foundation of the world. Whether or not there were names written in it is not known.

Eph. 1:4. 'Just as He chose us in [Christ] before the foundation of the world.'
2 Thes. 2:13. 'But we are bound to give thanks always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation.....'

Now these verses do not contain the words 'Book of Life,' but surely we can join the dots up and see that God chose His elect in eternity past and that they are the ones written in the Book? Unless, of course, we are absolutely determined not to see what is so plainly there.

The key phrase is "in Christ" is. God chose everyone who is in Christ. This choosing of those who are "in Christ was certainly done before the foundation of the world. That is because that is when God chose Christ to be the propitiation, the tool of grace, the free gift for all who would be "in Christ.

God elected a multitude of those fallen sinners to be In Christ at that time including all the means to have it happen.

I am responding to the OP, I have not read the follow-up comments.

"From the foundation of the world" refers to the time frame starting at creation and ending at the end of the age. If a name is written in the Lamb's book of like today, it is written from the foundation of the world.

Yes, both Rev. 13:8 and 17:8 refer to "names not written" but the logical inference is other names were written, and those whose names were written did not worship the beast. Hebrews 12:23 tells us that the general assembly in heaven have been "enrolled" and that these spirits are "the righteous made perfect." Thus those born anew, and washed with the blood of Christ are then enrolled in heaven. So our names are written when and not before God places us spiritually in Christ during our lifetime.

Therefore the question is not moot, If the Book of Life is in Heaven , was it filled out before the creation of those who have names there or after? does it only include the redeemed or any being having "Life" ?

I agree those without time can see all events with in time. But events in time have effects in eternity and vice versa

I agree with you but there is more.
Events that occurred in heaven have effects here after the occurrence, or else the effect would not exist. the fall of Satan, Physical creation occurred after Heaven was created ,;etc. Can those in eternity see creation occurring, sure. Are those in Heaven affected by the physical creation, sure

Job 38:7 shows a reaction of those in Heaven to the physical creation "Morning Stars sang, before creation no singing, after creation, singing. They could not see the event before it occurred or else why sing at the event

Yet, you can see the markings on the linear yardstick and you know which one are less and which ones are greated along that yardstick.
