Of course, Jill then gets to pocket about 5 million of fraud money (IMO).

Although some news blurbs are saying she filed a suit on the basis that the November 8th Pennsylvania was an "illegal" election in spite of reports that everything was kosher even from democrat officials.

Pocketing that money would be so illegal I don't think the Clintons wouldn't even do it

That might be right - if you ask for money - it is supposed to be used for that purpsoe.
But - if they bank it for future recounts - I suppose they could use the interest.
    Lets see 5 million times 1/10 % = 50 grand a year.

Also IMO, every single unspent penny must be returned to the those from whom it was extracted.

Mr. Trump - please file a law suit to that end that the American people not be defrauded by this alleged phony and make her pay the court costs as well.

I don't think any excess funds will go into Stein's own pockets. I do think it will go into the Green Party's coffers.

Still IMO it is money extracted by fraud and it should be returned.

I realize that probably no one cares about my opinion, but I support any effort to verify that our electoral processes are reliable. The President-elect has been alleging that the polls and the election were rigged since at least last Spring. He undermined faith in the system, so we need to demonstrate that is sound.

There is a nagging question in some people's minds (not mine) regarding a few states and whether or not Trump won. Let's double-check so that Trump won't have a shadow hanging over the legitimacy of his election. People need to have faith in election results.

However, we have a President-elect who is now claiming massive voter fraud in the millions (apparently without any evidence) in other states. In my opinion, we need to now check out those results to ensure that things were done properly.

Folks may complain about Jill Stein wanting to undermine the election results, but the President-elect has done far more than she has in this area. He has created and is perpetrating this uncertainty.

He didn't undermine it, they undermined themselves by not being honest with the polls.

    No there's not

Yea and a recount has nothing to do with that complaint.

No he hasn't. In fact he has done nothing to undermine it. It turns out the polls were completely wrong.

So, are you saying you reject the findings of the Federal Election Commission and that President Obama lied when he said there is no evidence of wide-spread election fraud?

The best polls were honest. There was always a significant chance Trump could win. Lots of people knew that. It literally kept me awake at night.

Oh, you said it so that must settle it.

I don't have any doubt in the results, but apparently some do.

You're right. Trump's narcissism is what is responsible for that complaint. We have the President-elect claiming that there was massive voter fraud in the election. How could that not cast doubt on everything if you take Trump seriously? If you realize you can't believe many of the things Trump says, how can you have faith in his promises or anything he claims?

Claiming the election was rigged against him and then claiming massive voter fraud is the definition of undermining the results of the election.

So the polls said that there was a 100% chance of Trump being elected? Of course not.

The polls were not completely wrong. To claim otherwise show complete ignorance/denial of the subject.

Of course not. The election process and results are sound. However, our President-elect disagrees with that assessment.

You are simply engaging in character assassination. I'm simply pointing out that Trump has no right to ridicule the recount to verify the results because the election was sound while also claiming that there was massive election fraud.

If there is massive election fraud, we need to get to the bottom of it.

Here's the question, do you believe Trump is telling the truth? If so, then you should want ALL results verified so the lies and fraud can be exposed and dealt with.
