And what is the standard of justice in a case like this? There are different standards for adults and for juveniles. What is the typical sentencing guidelines for this sort of thing in Judge Kavanaugh's home state in 1983?

And what standard of justice are we speaking of?

Since the man cannot be criminally prosecuted is justice served IF guilty? If OJ really killed his wife is he really innocent of guilt because he was found not guilty?

Doesn't matter. Even in 1983 attempted rape was illegal, but it is too late to bring criminal charges (I am unaware of anyone even suggesting charges be levied against the judge).

Will you concede there is a difference between a 17 year old doing what he is accused of and a 25 year old, for example?

    Same setting. Same circumstances.

    Or is there no difference?

He is accused of attempting to rape a woman while "staggering drunk". In cases like that I believe alcohol to be more a factor than age (if a 17 year old does not understand that rape is wrong there is a serious issue).

I hope he is appointed (even if he were guilty people change).

Now we have a second woman accusing him of trying to commit sex act against her, but she admits was drunk at the party, really hazy on her memory recallations, and also did not know when and where was at!
This kind of testimony would get tossed day one in a court case!

I don't thing anything ever happened, but also do not think any attempt to rape was there!

What REALLY bothers the dems and media is that prior Republican presidents would have jellyfished and pulled him from consideration, but their acts are just making Trump did in even harder!
