In my formative years as a Calvinist, I took to heart something BB Warfield said. It was something like; the world is like a window. Some can look at it and see smudges and distortions. But the spiritually sighted can look through it and see God working his eternal plan right before their eyes. So it's easy not to lay blame on others. But to ask why God would have them to do what they are doing?

It's easy today to see God's wrath everywhere. And to know where you fit. If it's God's wrath, are we fighting God to meddle in it in hopes of improving it? Does it cause us to hate those who are only doing what he assigned to them? I believe the message for the Church is to face this reality and tell others “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” John 3:36 (KJV 1900)

 

So God does not create all along with its end? That's why Warfield called the God of free will a "godling"

 

Do you agree with any theologian 100%?

 

BTW, I missed the link in that post earlier. Your question is legitimate, but the article is so far off the mark, that it will only mislead people. With all of its misconceptions and deceptions, it essentially buries the truth that only in Christ is true union possible.

 

This thread got my ideas of racism to mature. I posted several posts early on in which I developed my understanding of race, ethnicity, nationality, and heritage. I would no longer link this article since he is a Reformed theologian, and we disagree on soteriology.

Yes, and the author admits this, but so twists the narrative that his article would have the world’s view warp that of Christians. He wants us all to drink the Kool-aid, and would probably think that’s a racist allusion.

 

Must be reconciled back to God first!
