What is the Christian theological response to racism?

What you would say would be a lie. If the incident were the exact same with one change, I would still view it identically. If the former cop were black and Floyd were white, I would still say Floyd was a dirt bag. If both were white, I would still say Floyd was a dirt bag. If both were black, I would still say Floyd was a dirt bag.
You accuse me of judging Floyd due to racial bias. You have not and can not offer any evidence to support the lie.
If I have a bias, the bias is loyalty to the badge. The only color bias I have is blue

What you have judged about George Floyd is an accusation from hell.
The lie is all yours.

Calminian, Think what you want- whatever floats your boat.
as far as not filling out "Race" the individual handing that info will fill it out for you!

I am of the Caucasian Race - -its not a big deal - but that is one of my identities.

and in the words of Regis, this is my final answer - have a good day.

As I keep telling you, I fill out Caucasian. It's amazing how many points you've missed in this conversation.

The lie is all yours.
He had a violent felony record.
He had Meth in his system.
He was being arrested for another crime.
Facts. Not lies.
Keep on having your temper tantrum. Whatever you do, dont list any facts. Simply continue with your name calling and groundless blustering.
Show me how you have decided I judged Floyd based on race. I readily admit I judged him, but race was not a factor in my judgment.

Sorry brother but that is not Bible, that is worldly rudiments.
Race is a divinely ordained division within mankind. The amount of verses on the issue is dizzying.
To recognize the God-ordained differences between the races is not "racist" in the evil sense of the term.
However, to hate someone simply based on said differences is "racist" in the evil sense of the term.

First, we need to define terms.

Race is based on appearance.
Ethnicity on culture.
Nationality on citizenship.

This SAT prep website has a useful table at the top for the dictionary definitions.

Race vs. Ethnicity vs. Nationality: All You Need to Know

Race does exist, but honestly the bible does not really use it to divide up people groups like we do in America.

Adam is everyone's forebear, to include Eve. His very name in Hebrew makes him a kind of representative of mankind. Now do his children vary in appearance, yes. Race is real, as you say, so is ethnicity because of the sin at Babel, and so is nationality thanks to people like Nimrod.

The bible mentions a holy nation called Israel descended from Abraham and the Patriarchs. However, in Christ we find Jew and Gentile united by faith in Jesus Christ as children of God Himself. Irrespective of race, culture, biological forebears, or nation.

Even tribes could not possibly be considered race. Israel was made up of the 12 tribes of Israel. Would anyone argue these were 12 different races?

No, it's a fourth category. I'm sorry if I did not make that clear. The biblical three may better be,

Ethnicity, Nationality, and for lack of a better term I'll call it "Heritage." Heritage is based on our forebears, since God's wisdom blesses the offspring of the righteous in addition to the righteous themselves. Abraham and the Patriarchs are prime examples.

I've shown you. Your heart is too hard and your pride is too great for you to repent. God will break you and then you will see. "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised."

You have done nothing but spew rhetoric and make false accusations.

I wonder if this poster used to be a friend of Job.

You're clear. I would consider tribes as akin to heritage.

Here's a good comprehensive article on the issue from Answer in Genesis.

Are There Really Different Races?
by Ken Ham

I also think of Paul contrasting Adam and Christ, the first Adam and the last Adam. Identity in Adam is crucial in understanding the Gospel.

MacArthur blew my mind with this sermon. Answers more questions than I could think of asking.

If your tongue were a grinding wheel, I would love to borrow it to sharpen my lawnmower blades. It would be a whole lot quicker than my usual filing!!!
(But then if I were not real careful, I would grind the blade to scrap pronto!!)

Seriously, do ever read what you post??
Seriously II, do you believe what you post??

Seriously, do you ever repent when you see sin in your life? Racism is sin. Paul called out Peter for his wicked form of racism against Gentiles. I will call out Christians who are openly being racists on the Baptist Board. I have no problem making people uncomfortable when they display the sinfulness of racism.

Racism against Gentiles? I think you've misunderstood that passage? Had nothing to do with racism. It was about doctrine.

You obviously just respond haphazardly, so, AFAIC this puts you in a category of a couple of others that never answer, but just give snarky replies, ergo don't bother responding to this one, as you are now on "IGNORE"!
