remember Roman's 1 is about being without excuse because what be known about God is manifest ect . If all of these revelations: creation , conscience, the bible, The Gosepl , Jesus are not able to be discerned how could a person be able to accept the truth so as to be saved . A baby for example could not accept the truth so as to be saved . I think we can deduce from that who or would not be without excuse on the day of Judgement . A brain injury for example I would place in the same category. Praise God .

Now John wrote, 1 John 5:4, "For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith." And one of the promises, Revelation 3:5, "He that overcometh, . . . I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, . . ."
The interpreation being that all names begin in God's book, so the reason Christ died for many being the whole world, is so names can be kept in the book, 1 John 2:2. Nowhere in the word of God does it speak of names being added to the book, but being removed do to sin, Exodus 32;33, Psalms 69:27-28. Little children are safe because for whom Christ died. We must again become children to God.

 

Again THE Adoption does not happen until we are glorified .

There are the books ( plural ) in heaven and the book ( singular ' We are only Judged by the one book . The one with or without our names . No one is going to be in Hell because of sin . But because they refused to believe the truth so as to be saved .

 

Nowhere in the bible does it say some are chosen for heaven before they are born

 

No one is pre destined to be saved . It's clear as day that we are predestined to future glorification( THE ADOPTION)

Even an enemy can respond to God as we see all throughout the bible. Being a sinner separated from God does not mean that he is unable to positively respond to God when he brings truth.
